These mid-century modern cane back lounge chairs by Home Chair Company of Ronda, North Carolina, are a stunning pair! With their curved, low profile, sculptural silhouettes and airy caned backs, they are perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The frames are crafted from solid walnut and the seats are supported by a suspension system of metal and coiled springs. One of the chairs is missing a spring, but it still supports the cushion and remains fully functional! These original cushions, upholstered in textured yellow fabric, bring a burst of color to the clean lines of the frame. Though there is some wear with visible rusting and a tear on the underside of the cushion, the tops remain in excellent condition! The legs show light scuffing and wear consistent with age, but it doesn’t detract from the chair’s sleek profile and overall appeal.
