This incredible 1970’s Betsey Johnson “Alley Cat” dress captures the sultry-meets-playful energy that defined her early 1970’s work. Crafted from a sleek stretch black knit, it hugs the body in all the right places with a long, lean silhouette and simple crew neckline. The original owner customized the piece by adding fringe trim at both the cuffs and hem. The dress is sold as is, showing its age with some small holes, runs, and areas of pilling throughout, but remains structurally sound and wearable! A true piece of early Betsey history from her Alley Cat label! Please note, the dress does have narrow sleeves and the cuff has no stretch with a diameter of 6.5”.
