Vintage 1980s–1990s Chanel-inspired black lamb leather shoulder bag with all the over-the-top designer glamour of the era! This is a particularly well-made faux Chanel piece, crafted from beautifully soft, supple black lamb leather with a slouchy, lived-in finish. The front is accented with a large gold-tone CC emblem, while the reverse features an even larger tonal interlocking CC appliqué stitched directly into the black leather. The lower portion is finished with classic diamond quilting, adding texture and structure to the otherwise buttery-soft leather body. Long gold-tone chain straps are woven with black leather and pass through large gold-tone grommets, allowing the bag to sit comfortably over the shoulder. The chains meet at the top with a padded black leather shoulder rest for added comfort. A gold-tone CC medallion charm hangs from the zipper pull. The roomy interior is fully lined in a soft charcoal/black material and includes a zippered interior pocket. Interior Chanel branding is present. The lamb leather remains incredibly soft and the bag is in great condition overall. There is minor surface wear, light creasing and a few small marks consistent with age and use. These imperfections do little to detract from the bag and give the leather a wonderfully broken-in vintage character!
