Crafted from rich garnet velvet, the dress drapes beautifully with a soft, romantic fluidity! The standout feature is the ivory collar that has been intricately beaded. The collar’s square shape with a soft scallop dip in the center frames the neckline beautifully. Flutter sleeves cascade over the shoulders while the cleverly pieced velvet panels form flattering geometric lines at the bust and back. You will find two tears in the seam running along bottom of the dress but does not effect the integrity or beauty of this piece!
