Authentic 1920’s dress crafted from fluid black silk chiffon, designed with the quintessential drop-waist silhouette of the era. The dress drapes effortlessly with an airy, semi-sheer overlay that moves beautifully with the body. Along one side, intricate floral beadwork in shades of rose pink, pale blush, and metallic bronze blooms up the hip and bodice, accented with hand-embroidered green leaves. The beadwork continues around the waist in a slim, shimmering band of metallic bugle beads. A soft asymmetric drape falls from one side, adding graceful movement and dimension. The dress is lined with a lightweight camisole, the straps will most likely need custom tailoring as they are currently long. There is a small tear at the left shoulder and some light bead loss along the waist, consistent with its age.
