Teak Nesting Tables

$425.00
Sold Out

A set of three “Burlington” nesting tables designed were designed in the 1960s by the well-known and highly-regarded British company, Nathan Furniture. The Burlington range are famous for their sculpted bowed “U-shaped” legs and warm teak tones, often featuring cross-band detailing, like the border framing the tops of our three tables here. While this design is from the mid-twentieth century, circa the 60s, I do not believe these were made that long ago. Nathan Furniture is still designing and manufacturing amazing furniture with a vintage aesthetic, and I found a sticker on the bottom with a dated April, 2014! Perhaps that’s why these are in such amazing condition!

These present absolutely beautifully across the entire set. While they are not in perfect condition, the minor evidence of use is hardly worth mentioning, and was almost impossible to even photograph. It looks like, perhaps, the finish has lifted from a small circular spot on the largest table’s top, and there are faint, shallow indentations across the wood of the smallest table’s top. There are a few dings to the finish on the inside of the left leg of the largest table.

‍ Measurements of largest table: Height 20” Depth 19” Width 20.5” (as nesting tables the depth will depend on how you use the tables in your space)

All sales final: It is our mission to disclose all issues found, but all of our items are vintage - which means most of them have been worn or used and may have minor issues. In the event that we have overlooked an issue, it is not because we misrepresented the item, it is because the issue was not apparent enough to demand our attention. We can only apologize for our oversight and hope you can repair the issue, but we do not accept returns for items we have photographed & listed on our website.
