LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICKUP ONLY

Mid century executive desk and matching chair from Lane Furniture Co.’s “Rhythm” line, featuring beautifully patterned walnut veneer and a solid walnut chair with a “cat eye” ladder back and burgundy upholstered seat. The drawer has six drawers: one at the center with a tray for utensils; two on the right, including a deep one for file folders; and three more on the left side. The back, or other side, is finished, allowing the desk to stand freely in the center of a room, as opposed to up against a wall. Lifted and standing on small, tapered feet.

Great condition. Original finish. Some surface scratches on top of desk - not enough to warrant refinishing. A crack across the veneer of the top right drawer face. I believe this is a former repair, and jot terribly noticeable. Some other minor dings to edges and feet, all commensurate with its age and normal use. Still a gorgeous piece of furniture from the mid-twentieth century, in excellent utilitarian condition - with all of the drawers sliding smoothly and no other structural issues or surprised of any kind.

Measurements: Desk Length 48”, Depth 23”, Height 29”. Chair: Seat Height 18.5”, Seat Width 20”, Depth 18”, Back Height 37.5”. Seat Opening: Height 24”, Width 22.5

Available for local pickup or local delivery. Please reach out prior to purchase for a quote to deliver. Be sure to choose “other payment options” and “local pickup” at checkout to avoid automated shipping charges. Or feel free to contact a freight company to arrange pick up & shipping - we are happy to facilitate that as well.

All sales final: It is our mission to disclose all issues found, but all of our items are vintage - which means most of them have been worn or used and may have minor issues. In the event that we have overlooked an issue, it is not because we misrepresented the item, it is because the issue was not apparent enough to demand our attention. We can only apologize for our oversight and hope you can repair the issue, but we do not accept returns for items we have photographed & listed on our website.
