We have a really pretty mid century, walnut bookcase & cabinet new in store. This two-piece set includes a freestanding bookshelf with three shelves and a tapered design, where the case becomes more narrow towards the top. This piece simply sits on top of the cabinet below. The cabinet features two doors that open to a single cabinet with one shelf. The shelf is optional and may be lowered to & stored on the bottom or floor of this cabinet, in case you want to use this space to store records! This is a versatile piece with a modest footprint offering a great way to both put on display and hide away belongings without taking up too much real estate. Use it in the living room for books and blankets, the bedroom or a walk-in closet, the bathroom for towels, in the foyer or a mudroom, or a small reading nook or office.
Great condition, with only minor evidence of use & age. Some of the finish is compromised across the very bottom of the edge of the front - the part of this piece that meets the floor. There are some scratches on the top of the bottom cabinet, all hidden by the bookcase. Minor damage to the veneer on a few of the decorative panels on the bottom cabinet. These are all photographed, except for the scratches hidden by, and invisible under, the bookcase.
Measurements: Bottom cabinet height 21.5” Width 31.25” Depth 17” // Bookcase height 48.25” Deepest depth (at bottom) 12” Depth at top 7.75” Width 31.25” // Total Height 69.75”
Available for local pickup or local delivery. Please reach out prior to purchase for a quote to deliver. Be sure to choose “other payment options” and “local pickup” at checkout to avoid automated shipping charges. Or feel free to contact a freight company to arrange pick up & shipping - we are happy to facilitate that as well.
All sales final: It is our mission to disclose all issues found, but all of our items are vintage - which means most of them have been worn or used and may have minor issues. In the event that we have overlooked an issue, it is not because we misrepresented the item, it is because the issue was not apparent enough to demand our attention. We can only apologize for our oversight and hope you can repair the issue, but we do not accept returns for items we have photographed & listed on our website.
