Mid Century Genova Walnut Hutch
Mid century modern walnut buffet and hutch by Genova circa the 1960s. These are two pieces - the hutch simply sits on the buffet below. The buffet features a bowed facade with an inward, concave curve; two nice, deep cabinets with bi-fold doors; and solid walnut, boomerang sculpted handles on two middle drawers. The top drawer has dividers and felt. The buffet has been refinished and is in excellent condition. The glass hutch is also in excellent condition and features beautifully framed glass doors and front panels, and wood and glass inlaid shelves inside. I love the rounded square framing around the glass panels side too. There are grooves along every shelf for displaying plates.
