This is a breathtaking 1940’s Fischer rayon satin slip, in the dreamiest blush-pink satin with that signature liquid drape. The bodice features wide lace shoulder straps that flow into a lace panel, forming a curved V at the bust. Below it, the satin is delicately gathered at the sides, giving the slip that classic 40’s shaping through the waist and hip. The lace is a pale ivory floral pattern, perfectly aged and still in wonderful condition. The hem is finished with a wide band of matching lace. The slip falls gracefully to mid-calf with a bias-cut. The original Fischer rayon label is still attached. In fabulous condition for its age and freshly hand washed. An utterly timeless piece!
