Authentic 1920s - early 30s silk satin dress slip with a button-up crotch, not unlike a romper or a teddy style onesie. The see-through all lace bust is in excellent condition; its ribbon drawstring is broken and will need to be replaced to function as a drawstring again. Some faint water stains throughout; see photos for condition. Overall, this is a beautiful example of an antique one-piece undergarment from the early 20th century, and it is in great shape for its age.
