1920’s~1930’s Art Deco Beaded Flapper Bag
Stunning 1920’s-1930’s Art Deco flapper bag! The body is entirely hand-beaded in a rich coppery tone, meticulously woven together and finished with dramatic beaded fringe that once lined the top in full, some of the fringe strands have since fallen away over time. Despite this, the bag remains structurally sound and entirely functional. A tortoiseshell-look acrylic lid adds structure and contrast, complete with a matching acrylic link chain. The hinged lid opens to reveal a charming surprise—an original built-in compact mirror tucked into the underside of the lid. The bottom of the bag tapers into a gentle pouch shape with a delicate tassel!
