A pair of vintage mid-calf après-ski boots from the 1970s, aptly named “Arktis Style” for their both their arctic-inspired design and warm construction. The plush faux shearling lining the inside of the boots is super soft and thoroughly insular. The tan textured bottoms are a stylish platform wedge with a rounded toe and squared heel. Two metal zippers for closure, both in great working condition. Those familiar with vintage shoes will know how many issues they can have - the glue can lose its efficacy; synthetic material can decompose and dust; etc. These boots exhibit none of these problems. Some of the glue is visible where the uppers meet the bottoms, but this isn’t terribly noticeable unless you are giving them a close-up inspection. These seem to have been made in Germany as they profess to be “echt fell” or “real fur” on a tag inside each boot, and marked a size 9 here as well, bit measurements follow, so be sure to check those with shoes or boots that fit you well.
