This incredible EROS California sheer fringe blouse is one of those rare, high-drama pieces straight out of the seventies!! Made from a weightless, sheer black polyester, it drapes effortlessly on the body while the ultra-long strands of silky fringe cascade from the chest, back, and sleeves. The western-inspired V-shaped yoke on the back and the straight yoke on front are both outlined in meticulously stitched fringe. You will find sharp triangular points under the bust that are intentionally placed so you can comfortably and confidently wear the blouse without a bra. The sleeves are fully framed in fringe as well, creating an exaggerated, wing-like effect. The blouse closes with iridescent buttons and features an oversized ’70s collar that adds even more personality! No issues found; excellent condition. Purchased in a small boutique in NYC in the 1970s by its one-time, former owner. Rare label, none other found online.
