Stunning 1950’s vintage swing coat by Isman Fashion in a vibrant raspberry red with black woven accents throughout, creating a beautifully textured, nubby basketweave-like finish. Features an absolutely fabulous oversized genuine black Persian lamb fur collar with tightly curled, glossy swirls that extends dramatically across the shoulders and wraps around the back. Double-breasted front with four glossy raspberry pink buttons featuring little gold-tone rectangular accents, a flattering fitted waist, and a dramatically flared, full swing skirt that creates the most beautiful movement and silhouette. Long, generously cut sleeves finished with small rounded brown marbled buttons at the cuffs. Beautifully tailored with shaping seams through the bodice and back, a defined waist seam, and plenty of fullness through the skirt. Fully lined in a champagne-colored satin-like fabric with contrasting dark trim along the lower interior edge. The substantial, richly textured outer fabric appears to be wool or a wool blend, although exact fiber content is unmarked. An absolutely incredible 1950’s statement coat with gorgeous craftsmanship, dramatic proportions, and timeless mid-century elegance!
