This vivid, pure cotton circle skirt is a cheery treat for any season! Made of a gorgeously saturated multicolored tartan plaid cotton fabric, this skirt is designed to be comfortable and utilitarian as well as romantic and dazzling. This skirt is styled with 2 petticoats (nfs and not included), but can be worn without for a less dramatic, but still very feminine and romantic silhouette.
