1960s Hot Pink Satin Feathered Angel Wing Coat and Gown Set •XS•

$450.00

This incredibly glamorous gown and coat are the stuff of stardom & dreams, evoking the boldness & beauty, the elegance & opulence, of Old Hollywood with one swell feathery swoop of those vast, voluptuous sleeves! The svelte, form-fitting maxi dress hugs the figure, forming an elegant and shapely hourglass silhouette. The dress also has a padded, low-cut, push-up bust (with underwire!), and a plush, luxe feather trim all along its trumpeted, floor-sweeping hem. And its plunging, open back is one of many ways this dress is teeming with overt sensuality. The matching coat features the most spectacular angel wing sleeves you’ll ever see, with fold upon fold of feather-trimmed fabric as long as the dress itself and fully plumed along its entire bottom hem. The coat has no closure and is intended to be worn open, revealing the figure-hugging dress it frames. Based on a burn test, we believe it’s crafted from a silk-poly blend & lined with 100% silk. This fabric is of substantial weight, thick and durable, but also soft & pliable with a luxurious silky-satin sheen. In excellent condition, with some small internal spots, and a few tiny snags to the fabric. The only real issue with this set is one tiny tear to the fabric on the right side of the bust, near the underarm & shoulder strap. Otherwise, excellent condition! This is truly one-of-a-kind, fit for the red carpet but guaranteed to turn heads anywhere.
