This cheerful frock is a dead ringer for a Victor Costa, but was made by a small, mostly unknown San Antonio Designer names Iris Ann. A convertible halter, this piece has a removable neck strap, attached to the bodice with buttons- so she can be worn strapless as well. The bodice has a slightly corseted structure with 6 flexible bones to give an extra flattering shape. Made of a soft, comfortable polka dotted waffle knit, the bodice is the perfect blend of feminine tailoring and the most festive print! The skirt is constructed of a lipstick red poly cotton knit, tapering into a pencil skirt shape- accentuated by its voluminous peplum at the waist. This piece is in excellent condition, with no flaws noted.
