Early 1980’s Loralie Originals Princess Dress • XS

$175.00

A true fairytale moment in the dreamiest shade of seafoam aquamarine, this early 1980’s Loralie Original off-the-shoulder princess dress captures all the romance and theatrical femininity the era did so beautifully. The silhouette feels straight out of a storybook, beginning with a softly structured bodice that sits elegantly off the shoulders, framed by cascading layers of delicate white floral lace that create a romantic ruffled neckline and airy flutter sleeves. The lace overlay continues down the bodice in a vertical panel. The waist is gently defined with a ribbon tie, flowing into a voluminous skirt made for movement and drama. Sheer seafoam chiffon drapes gracefully over the poly/cotton blend skirt, gathered into soft swags at the front and back and finished with charming satin bows that reveal tiers of scalloped lace beneath. Each layer adds depth and lightness, creating that unmistakable princess sweep as the dress moves. Beneath the chiffon, multiple tiers of lace and lining give the gown fullness without heaviness, allowing it to float effortlessly with every step. The back features a hidden hook and eye & zipper closure. The bows were originally attached with safety pins and have since been carefully sewn in place for a more secure and permanent finish; there is some light rusting visible underneath a few of the bows from their original attachment, though it remains discreet. There is also one small stain on the most inner back hem layer, completely hidden beneath the outer layers and not visible when worn!

Measurements: Bust 34”, Waist 24”, Hips 48”, Waist to Hem 47, Shoulder to Hem 53”
