1970s Slit Suede Skirt & Vest with Chains • Sm.
One of our current favorites in the new arrivals is this vintage brown suede skirt and vest set from the 1979s. Obviously one of the best features here are the vests cutouts and metal chains, which are unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and its the novelty of this design that truly sets it apart from other similar sets of the era. Other features include the engraved metal buckle, which is ornamental, and the exposed white stitching, delineating all of the panels across both pieces. Both the skirt and vest are genuine suede in dark brown. The only label present is one that reads “Lot size 7” with and “M” handwritten on one side. However, I would say this is a size small by modern standards but please refer to the following measurements for sizing.
Vest // chest 34” Waist 29” Length 18”-20” Shoulders 10.5” // skirt // waist 27” hips 38” length 17.5”
